Reading has always been fundamental , especially when it comes to your well being. Reading the right literature can give you the motivation and inspiration to reach your goals, or set some new goals.

Women, Black women in particular, often don't get the support and encouragement they need as it applies to career goals, frienship and health and wellness. 

 

Luckily, there are many books written by and for Black women that are sure to give readers a boost in confidence:

This book in a collection of interviews of diverse women, teach you where certain stereotypes come from about Black women and issues all women face. This is definitely a learning how to love yourself read.
