The science of meditation can be tricky for beginners should you listen to music or shouldn't you? Whether your just starting out or have been practicing for some time. You may be wondering if you should meditate to music or sit in silence. Of course do what you feel like! If you enjoy listening to music while meditating, then you should continue to do so.
