This week we were joined by Zahir Asia-Adam. Zahir is a strong minded and passionate individual who prides himself on self-belief. Growing up in the years of high school he struggled to find his pathway of interest. In recent years he has found that passion and desire in the field of the arts, expressing his ideas through a vast range of mediums and platforms. With study experience in screenwriting, behind the camera shooting vlogs, and in front of the camera acting in short films, he has found his passion and is excited to continue developing aswell as creating more content. He is a major consumer of media, with interests in film, tv and music, he always brings a vibrant energy to every conversation, and somehow always manages to make you laugh.

In this episode we talk to Zahir about his journey through life and the challenge to discover a passion of interest. Timothy and Zahir reminisce about not only their time growing up in high school together, but the transition into life beyond school and into the world of creation. We speak about his interests in vlogs, the creative process of being behind the camera, working with his friends and family to create videos of entertainment. His acting career is an ongoing and challenging one, he explains the difficulties of trying to get work and how cut-throat the industry really is. As we are all major consumers of media, we end on a thoughts and opinions discussion focusing on the work of the Safdie Brothers, specifically focusing on the popular features Good Time (2017) and Uncut Gems (2019).
