There are a number of interesting and exceptional people in the Queensland property and development industry. There are also a number of innovative businesses and products out there, hoping to revolutionise the industry.

So you are looking for a home in a particular suburb or even street, but you have to wait for the right home to come up for sale on RealEstate.com.au or get a really proactive agent involved and hope for the best. Or maybe you are a developer and you know the properties you want but you have to hope you can find the owner’s details and broker a deal.

In this episode I interview Mark Allen of Patch Property, an application which allows you to make an offer on any property whether it is for sale or not.

And who am I exactly?

I am Jessica Reynolds. I’m a town planner and owner of Urban Planners Queensland, you can find out more about me through UPQLD.COM.AU, or give the company a follow on Instagram by searching urban planners Queensland.

This episode is part of our prop tech or technology in property series where I speak to those creating or using technology to improve how we work.

Thank you for listening to this episode.
