In this episode we speak with Althea Papinczak and Erin Oxley, the National Directors of Women in Design and Construction.

Both ladies work full time jobs, but after realising that networking opportunities were limited and not always effective they have created a monthly event for women (and select men) to gather, support and grow.

From a simple networking event in a pub with only a couple of people, the events have grown into something much bigger and now include mentorship programs and scholarships.
