Food is not for stuffing, but for fueling. Don't bite off more than you can chew. Ditch the diet and become more intuitive in your eating.

How much do you really believe that?

Now, if diet carried the definition of the food you eat and ingest, then YES!

But for the majority of us, our brains have been conditioned to believe that diet is healthy. If you want to be proactive in your health, you have to choose a diet.

Today, I'm here to ask you to look at the other side.

What if you gave yourself the freedom to honor your body with the food your fuel with?

How would that make you feel coming from the perspective that "I am honoring my body and caring for myself because I am worthy."?

That's what I want you to consider in this season.

The K.I.S.S. ~ Honor your body with what you eat!

No more fad and rad diets. No more questions about what diet are you on.

Your healthy living is about getting real and honoring your body by choice with what you decide to eat.

Make peace with food. Food is the fuel you need to energize and sustain your body. Therefore, eat for what you need, not what you want. Discover satisfaction when eating. Enjoy your time when you eat; the time of day, the company, the fresh ingredients. Feel your fullness. You need to listen to your body and ask yourself how you're feeling throughout your meal. Slow down to allow your body to catch up.  Lead with kindness (especially when going through tough seasons). Be active with a smile. Move your body intentionally. So much of our exercise appears that we have to beat ourselves up in order to call it a workout. Did you know vacuuming your house can be a workout? Honor your body. Make choices that serve your cells and make you come to life. This is where you respect who you are from a cellular level and who you can be by the choices you make every day.

Be very careful about letting dieting become a hobby. Your food is fuel for your incredible body.

Embrace where you are and take your time in maneuvering what works and what doesn't. Plus, give yourself permission to change up a few things, too.

Ditch the diet and create your now!
