Get up out of your chair and move

Sometimes we need to get out of our comfort zone or special creative space and move around. Are you using movement in your work, let's learn how. My wife gave me a box of cards for the holidays in 2022. I was puzzled because they were creativity cards and I thought, what the heck is this, I don't need them. Well, folks, I was wrong and I will attempt to do a card a week and record an episode about how I am utilizing the card I draw every week if you decide to pick up a deck and do these let me know.

Movement Definitions

Movement: the act or process of moving, a series of organized activities working toward an objective.

Movement Challenge

Your body is yours for the long haul. Pledge to move or draw fresh energy from it each and every day. If you feel dog-tired, lazy, or uninspired, stretch and move your body.

Push hard against a fixed surface (like the floor or a wall) as you inwardly resolve to resist an obstacle that stands in the way of the work you dream of doing.

Climb the nearest steps, and as you feel your body rise upward, contemplate a problem you'd like to overcome.
