Doctor Who is a British sci-fi TV Show produced by the BBC since 1963. It follows the adventures of a Time Lord called "the Doctor", an extraterrestrial being who time-travels in space ship shaped like a phonebox called the TARDIS.
We learn from Dobbie how it came into his life, why he keeps watching and why he does not think he will ever stop watching it.
