Rule changes we want to see in college football (02/22)

(8:53) We need a shot clock when plays are reviewed! (12:05) Stoping the clock on first downs. Woof! (14:40) How many people should be allowed to listen in on plays? (18:30) Illegal man downfield needs to be changed. Too many linemen are getting too far down field on RPOs. (28:46) Lasers on the goal posts. It needs to happen. (33:04) How many feet do you need in bounds? (36:20) End of game rules need to be looked at. Fake injuries could be happening - what can be done about this? What about overtime, where should it start? (43:45) Some other rule changes that should happen!
