153: You Don't Need "Monday Motivation"

It's all about freedom for you -- freedom to run your life on your terms, and do whatever it is that you want to do. Whether you want to be a more present parent, choose exactly when and where you're working, do some traveling, or you don't want anybody to tell you how much money you're allowed to make. I have been thinking lately that this is really my purpose: to empower you to make the choices that would give you more freedom in your life, whatever it looks like to you. And in this episode on the podcast, I want to share some ideas around the freedom to take things slowly and at your own pace, instead of pushing to get more and more done.
