KAREN LEE BATTEN - Country with Celine

Episode 24 of Country with Celine, Canadian country power Karen Lee Batten joins in on all the action. Since her music debut in 2003, this Canadian Idol Alumni has gained a lot of national recognition.  

Karen shares all about her latest single, "Drinkin' Song" and what fans can expect in 2021, might be an EP in the works. Batten also tells all on what it was like to work with Chad Kroeger, the lead singer in Nickelback.  

We even take is back to chat about her song, "Cause a Scene" which was released in 2014 and the story behind it is hilarious. Karen shares something, no on else has ever heard before...  

The singer also spills how she got into country music and it's quite an interesting story.
