Harley’s musical roots stem strong, as the daughter of Spandau Ballet's, Martin Kemp and Whams, Shirlie Kemp and sister of Capital FM DJ, Roman Kemp, but it’s her down to earth charisma, hard work and real passion for song writing that sets her apart, already making a name for herself within the country music and roots world.
