WIlliam Dillon was arrested for murder after cops became suspicious of his knowledge of the area. Scent dogs were brought in that linked clothing found on the scene to him. The problem is, these particular scent dogs were later found to be highly inaccurate, leading to questions about Dillon's involvement in the crime.
