After a shooting at a community pool, Anthony Porter, a known gang affiliate, is arrested for the crime. He is convicted using eyewitness testimony. Years later, a Professor has his students look into the case, and they end up getting a confession from someone else, a man named Alstory Simon. Porter is Freed, and Simon is convicted. But then, Simon also ends up exonerated, after the witnesses that helped convict him recanted their statements. So... who was the real killer?
