Our guest on the show is Seth Singerman. Mr. Singerman is the founder and managing principal of Singerman Real Estate, a diversified private equity firm. SRE focuses on maximizing risk-adjusted returns through investments in North America, in both debt and equity, across all major asset classes.

You will hear how his process and detail oriented approach and disciplined investing style alongside his belief that being successful and good are not mutually exclusive has helped him grow his firm to where it is today.

Singerman has now raised three funds, the most recent of which far exceeded its $400 million target. In light of recent headlines about Private Equity Groups raising tens of billions of dollars to place in Commercial Real Estate, we are excited to discuss the implications of such a raise on the industry, how capital markets have or are changing and what being an opportunistic fund looks like today and how to be nimble in the industry.
