Rick Latella - Constantly Adapting Retail

Our guest on the show is Rick Latella. Mr. Latella is the Practice Leader for the Americas in retail valuation at Cushman & Wakefield. Cushman is a household name in commercial real estate in the U.S. and has an immense presence overseas. Rick’s background has both depth and breadth. Starting with the state of New Jersey working in real estate taxation and transitioning to valuation of medical facilities, hospitals, nursing homes etc. to eventually landing at Cushman where he has immersed himself in retail.  In lieu of having Rick on the show today we thought this would be a great opportunity to discuss how retail has changed over the past 10 years and what is the outlook of brick and mortar retail.
