Integrative Touch, the non-profit organization that created The Conversations on Healing Podcast will be launching a new Healing Center in early 2023. This center will be located in Tucson, Arizona, but will have online services, workshops and classes available internationally. This journey has been years in the making. In this special episode, host Shay Beider sits down with a dear friend and colleague, Katie Frazee, to talk about the journey that led to where Integrative Touch is today. They discuss the creation of the organization, their personal experiences and the amazing connections formed along the way. Shay and Katie also talk about some of the lessons they have learned along the way and the constantly evolving healing that is being done. Shay shares some of these stories and how the new Healing Center fits into their mission as a whole. The pair is joined by Sam Hester, who graphically records the journey of Integrative Touch through their conversation. You can visit the Integrative Touch YouTube channel to see all of Sam’s fantastic drawings that accompany the conversation. This podcast was created by Integrative Touch, which is working to change the way people experience healthcare. A leader in the field of pediatric integrative medicine, the organization supports families whose children have any type of special health or medical need. This includes kids with cancers, genetic conditions, autism, cerebral palsy, traumatic stress, and other serious health issues. The founder, Shay Beider, pioneered a new therapy called Integrative Touch™Therapy that supports healing from trauma and serious illness. The organization reaches thousands of people each year in hospitals and communities and offers unique Telehealth programs to families and healthcare providers during this challenging time. Thanks to the incredible support of volunteers and contributors, individuals are able to receive wellness education and integrative medical services at little or no cost
