For the LONGEST time, I thought a gratitude practice just consisted of writing down a couple of things going right in my life.

Guess what I learned? There is a BIG difference in living in gratitude and just writing a couple of things down every day. 

Teaching children an attitude of gratitude, in a nutshell, is helping them look at different situations from a positive point of view instead of a negative one.

The bottom line: Gratitude is believed to be one of the healthiest emotions that humans can practice.
