Make a connection through content or do the opposite. It works either way.

In this Content Matterz podcast episode, Eric Kasimov talks with Shondell Varcianna, Founder of Varci Media.

What if your content is the way you differentiate yourself? Yeah, someone may not like it–they may not even like you. What a time-saver that could be for you. Because if for example, you are recruiting that person, they were going to find out sooner or later that you weren’t their cup of tea. Let the content be the filter. And this works the other way too–people will come to value what you say and how you say it and they will seek you out in ways you can’t even imagine. Content has that power. We see it over and over.
