Happy New Year! Let’s talk about resolutions.

Each week this month we’ll be focusing on one way to improve the way you do your job.

This week’s resolution: Communicate. Be clearer and more deliberate in your emails, phone calls, texts, and conversations.

Be self-aware. Take an honest look at your communication patterns. If you talk too much, consider trying to be more concise. If you tend to hide behind typed words when phone calls would be better, make more calls.

Resolve to be just a little bit better in this respect as we head into this new year.
