Danita Bye, author of Millennials Matter, believes much of the negative news about the millennial generation is "fake news." In other words, although there may be things about this generation that aren't ideal, there are also many postive things about them.
In one survey of conducted by Danita's team, she found that 100% of the business owners surveyed were optimistic about the millennial members of their teams.
