On this episode, Ian has a chat with Michael Rosen, who retired in 2020 as President of Tree Canada, where he led its transition to private sector support and facilitated the Canadian Urban Forest Network, Canadian Urban Forest Strategy and National Tree Day.  He now consults in a number of areas and continues to author articles and presents on various subjects. A Registered Professional Forester and Certified Arborist, he has a B.A.(Hons) in History from Trent University, a B.Sc.F. from the University of Toronto and is an Adjunct Professor at the University of British Columbia. He is a member of numerous forestry, arboricultural and historical organizations and received the Canadian Forestry Achievement Award from the Canadian Institute of Forestry in 2020.
