Today’s guest on the podcast is Rebecca Lucy Taylor (she/her) - an unapologetic pop star hailing from Rotherham, UK, who has been releasing music as Self Esteem since 2017. In this episode, Rebecca talks candidly about female pleasure, relationships, the fears that come alongside being a woman, navigating personalities in a band and so much more....
Her critically-acclaimed debut album ‘Compliments Please’ was released in March 2019. Prior to this, Taylor was one half of the duo Slow Club, who released four studio albums between 2009-2016. In April 2021, Taylor released ‘I Do This All The Time’, giving us the first taste of her upcoming sophomore album, due for release in the summer of 2021.
