With over 20 years of experience in the music industry, they have collaborated with the likes of Solange, Robyn, Blood Orange, and many more brilliant artists. Throughout today's episode, Kindness speaks openly and honestly about corruption within the music industry, being an independent artist, their gender, South Asian heritage, and much more.

Maya Kally is a genre-free singer-songwriter, composer and multi-instrumentalist with jazz, indie and experimental influence. Born in North London and a Leeds College of Music alumni, Maya's music has taken inspiration from living in cities and finding serenity in such a fast-paced environment. Maya has worked with supporting artists including multi-award-winning pianist Bill Laurance and award-winning musicians Matthew Bourne.
