In a Tech Barometer podcast interview, David Gram, who was a Senior Innovation Director of Lego’s Creative Play Lab, talks about the entrepreneurial spirit that inspires the LEGO company and its customers.
“Failure is not a word in the vocabulary,” said Gram. “It is iteration, it is learning, and it requires empathy. This is something LEGO pioneered over many years, which is also the root for its design thinking.”
