Write down what you appreciate about your DO NOT WANT list. How will these things make you feel? Connnet with the FEELINGS on the desires. Chances are, you are well on your to manifesting that thing you want if you can connect with the feeling. Give yourself grace: you are doing the best you can with what you have! What would make you HAPPY right now? Raise your vibration!  When you do more things that bring you joy, you are more aligned with your big goals and dreams.
