This week's interview episode is SO GOOD!

I'm talking with Marie Stallings about healing our bodies and our minds with nutrition, fitness, and self-care routines.

A bit about Marie in her own words:

"I am a mom of 3, wife, and an animal lover. I started my own fitness journey shortly after suffering my second miscarriage in 2017.  It not only changed my body and overall health, but my mind as well. This very positively impacted my family by me being happier and healthier, and I was also able to educate them so that they learned to make better choices. I loved what delving into taking care of my own health had done so much that I decided that I wanted to help others have the same success.     I believe in dense nutrition, exercise, and love helping my clients create a sustainable lifestyle.  My goal is to help my clients to get healthy to lose weight, not lose weight to get healthy. I don’t believe in quick fixes because they don’t work and often hinder health instead of improving it.     I truly enjoy learning and I’m currently studying to become a Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach to help clients address health problems by healing their bodies and preventing or reversing problems such as diabetes, hormonal issues, and inflammatory responses.     While health coaching may be my job, I do it because I love it.  The opportunity to make a positive impact in other people’s lives is the most rewarding thing I’ve ever done."     Are you interested in working with Marie? She can provide two weeks of access to her workout programs as well as a chance to be a part of her accountability and support group. She also occasionally offers a 5-day full experience "sneak peek" into her coaching program, so that’s always something to watch for as well!     If you're interested in working with her or getting to know her better, connect with Marie on Facebook and Instagram @mariesstallings     Did you enjoy this episode?
