From episodes 22 to present, it deals with post-weight loss struggles. From dealing with continued disordered eating, body dysmorphia, and more. Mostly how the coping mechanisms developed in childhood continue to sabotage his personal and professional life. Interviews of formerly obese people are sprinkled in as well. Gregory has kept over 100 lbs. off for over 25 years. His website www.naturopathicearth.com contains articles on how you can accomplish the same feat. This e-book “Confessions of an Obese Child” is available on Kindle and Nook.
