The COVID-19 pandemic continues to cause financial problems for many Iowans who have fallen behind on bills, rent, or mortgage. To help ease that burden, the Iowa Finance Authority is offering help through the Iowa Rent and Utility Assistance Program and the Iowa Homeowner Foreclosure Prevention Program. Sara Barron, Executive Director of the Johnson County Affordable Housing Coalition, helps break down the eligibility requirements and application process.
