Leading Effective Change

You can lead change regardless of the role you are in.

Start within your proficiencyIf you aren't leading effectively within your own area of influence, you typically won't be invited to contribute to areas outside of your influenceIdentify who needs to know what, whenSome people will be scared by changeSome people will be hurt by changeSome people will help support the changeConnect the dots between what you want to accomplish with the mission of the church.Have a strong argument for the "why"Show your workHelp lead people to understand how you came to your conclusionTake a no respectfully, and honor it.This feels like failing, but it leads to long term influencePlay the long game, not the short game.
