Adrian has completed 21 years of policing and retired early as a result of the choices he made in Real Estate Investing. He is now a full-time real estate investor and entrepreneur of multiple companies.
His professional portfolio, built in less than a decade, is undeniable proof of his expertise, consisting of 64+ investment properties, or the equivalent of 240+ units.
He is the founder, and co-owner of Executive Properties Inc., a high scale full-service property management company that services over 500 doors in the Hamilton area. The co-founder of Vision Construction Management, a full-service construction company that focuses on multifamily conversions and renovations in the Hamilton area. And, the founder of Executive Properties Capital Inc., an investment company that raises capital through joint venture partnerships, to purchase investment properties.
Lastly, he is part-owner of a highly successful real estate team, Mackay Realty Network.
His passion is helping others, like himself, achieve generational wealth.
