Carleen has been an active real estate investor in Western Canada for the past 18 years and over that time has grown her portfolio to more than 33 residential units. Carleen is currently focused on new build real estate developments right here in Calgary, as well as providing investment options for capital partners.
We’ll be discussing Carleen’s real estate investing journey over the past 18 years and how the asset class has enabled Carleen to leave her previous 9 to 5 employment and escape the rat race to become a full-time investor and how that’s ultimately enabled her to spend more time with her family.
