This week Mark and Adam are moving forward and taking a look at one of the newest subtype of cards from Commander Legends: Battle for Baldur’s Gate, Backgrounds! First we take a moment to look at some of the recent information we got from the upcoming set Double Masters 2022! We then take a quick look at about half of the new Background cards from Commander Legends: Battle for Baldur’s Gate. We wrap things up with a quick look at pairing up some of the “Choose a Background” Legendary creatures with some of the best Background enchantments.

Topic: a little Double Masters 2022 talk & EDH leagues

 

The NexGen EDH League just wrapped up a 12 month season that started last July and is on hiatus for 6 months. The point system Steve uses for NexGen Comics’ league has been adopted by Lost Coast Wizards in California. Steve will be working over the next half year to line up additional stores to try to get additional leagues to start up next January all using the same point system.
