This week Mike talks about the 5-part mini-series Han Solo, set after the events of A New Hope but before the main run of Star Wars comics. This episode includes the Dragon Void Run, the mysterious Loo Re Anno, rebel spies, information about Pantorans & George Lucas’ only live-action cameo and more!


The 5 issues of Han Solo were written by Marjorie Liu, with the penciller Mark Brooks, the inker being Mark Brooks on issues 1,4 & 5, Dexter Vine doing issues 2 & 3, with Sonia Obeck as the colourist with help from Matt Milla on issue 4. Issue 1 was released June 2016, issue 5 was released November 2016 and the trade paperback collection was released January 2017. The hardcover released in May 2018 includes these comics as well as volume 2 of the main run of Star Wars comics; Showdown On The Smugglers Moon.
