Patrick Sabongui is an actor, producer, director, program director, teacher, and stuntman. His most recent projects include a lead role as Judah in “Get Shorty”, Asim Masood in CBS’ “Blood and Treasure”, and Chad Wiley in “Firefly Lane” (coming soon to Netflix). As well as the wonderful Chief David Singh on the CW’s The Flash.

Born and raised in Montreal, Canada, Sabongui discovered his passion for theatre at an early age. Patrick has appeared in numerous television series, including: The Runner, Stargate: Atlantis, Almost Human, Nikita, Psych, Arrow, Fringe, The L Word, and 24.  Film appearances include Tomorrowland, Night at the Museum: Secret of the Tomb, Godzilla, The Smurfs 2, White House Down, This Means War, Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief, Watchmen, and 300.

He was the stunt coordinator for the tv series Soldiers of the Apocalypse.

Sabongui shot the short film, Chained, which was nominated as the Best Period Piece for the Action on Film Award and won the Action on Film Award for Best Visual Effects.  He also wrote, produced, and directed the short Shakey’s Coffee, which won the Founder’s Award for Excellence at the Life Fest Film Fest.  He was second unit director for The Cargo, The Privileged, Bad Building, Soldiers of the Apocalypse, and is the executive producer for the upcoming short film Ariel Unraveling.

On the stage Sabongui is known for the Canadian premiere of Ayad Akhtar’s Pulitzer Prize-winning play, Disgraced, and for originating the role of Foster Bryant in the World Premiere production of Inside the Seed.

In addition to his many other hats, Patrick is a co-director for the non-profit Fulfilling Young Artists (FYA), managing director of Life Force Films, founder and lead instructor at ACT Vancouver, and program developer and facilitator for Sabongui Organizational Solutions.
