Paulette Cooper was one of the most publicised cases of "Fair Game" executed by the Office Of Special Affairs (Then called The Gaurdian's Office) in the 1970s. This just years after LRH declared Fair Game over. This was not under David Miscavige but under L Ron Hubbard's orders. She was threatened, defamed, tricked and ultimately framed for making bomb threats to Scientology buildings.
