While Josh is away on vacation, Jon and Matt keep the Combing the Stacks podcast spirit alive with the first installment of a bonus series, Cleaning the Attic. The guys discuss two albums that didn’t make the top 100 list of the best albums of the 1960s, but nevertheless deserve their due. Matt kicks things off with a dive into the Byrds’ 1968 country-rock classic Sweetheart of the Rodeo while Jon showcases The Monkees’ 1967 album Pisces, Aquarius, Capricorn, & Jones Ltd., defending his contention that the band was the most underrated of that decade.
