Paul Foley is a Colorado native and huge tech startup enthusiast. He co-founded and sold a tech startup Augur to BounceX, and has since turned his attention to investing and venture capital. Colorado is one of the most innovative states in America. We have one of the highest concentration of entrepreneurs and technology companies in the nation. But in order to keep growing, these companies need capital.
