Meat Cleaver Wild Game Butcher - Established 1976 and recently taken over by the Watson brothers.  Lucas Watson invited Henry and I to come tour the Meat Cleaver facilities and sitdown for a conversation about meat care and field preparation.

The Meat Cleaver offers big game processing 365 Days a year with a conveniently located (non-associated) taxidermy shop directly across the street.

In this episode we cover everything from Field Care to picking up your packaged meat.  Lucas provides some incredible insight for the best techniques to recover the most meat in the best possible condition.

Its obvious how passionate he is about what he does and how he gets it done.

Give a listen on your way to hunt camp and keep these ideas top of mind this season!
