-After college, he played 12 years in the NFL as a linebacker (he was drafted to the Green Bay Packers in 2000 where he played 6 seasons, Carolina Panthers for 4 seasons, St. Louis Rams for 1 and San Diego Chargers for his last and final season in 2011)
-He currently do post-game radio and TV for the San Diego Chargers
-He am assistant coach at Point Loma High School
-A spokesman for GoForIt! - The Go4it! vision is that education, investing, entrepreneurship and the “economic way of thinking” become integral to the ethos of the urban youth culture.
-He extensively reads and studies materials from such beings as Ram Dass to Alan Watts and others alike concerning consciousness and awakening to enlightenment.
