We were joined this week by Drs. Rhea Liang (https://twitter.com/LiangRhea?s=20) and Simon Fleming (https://twitter.com/OrthopodReg?s=20) to talk about bullying, psychological safety, and culture change in surgery. We hope that the episode can be an opportunity for discussion and reflection for listeners.
