The one thing most people remember about Jonah is that he is the prophet who get swallowed by a giant fish. While that is, perhaps, one of the most memorable parts of his story, it’s not the thing to remember. We would be wise to pay attention to what led him to that point – namely, running away from the calling of God on his life.
