Sometimes it seems silly to do the same thing over and over, but in some cases it can actually make sense. 


When going to a restaurant as an example, you can go there everyday or the same day every week and over time people will continuously see you. It will reach a point where all the staff will get to know you by name and you will know them by name. 


This will make the rest of the people who don't know you curious as to why everyone knows you and who you are, therefore some may even make an attempt to find out. 


End result is that you will have met more people and built a tribe in that area. When you have successfully built that tribe, you move to a new place and start over. It won't be long before you have different groups of people in different areas who are glad to know you and recommend you should someone need a product or service you are selling, just because you are their people.
