Lee McQueen is proud about his working class council-estate background, and the work ethic it has given him to succeed as an entrepreneur.

He's dedicated his life and business to the thesis that competencies and behaviours trump qualifications, and his companies support that principle.

After winning BBC's Apprentice in 2008, he build a digital signage business, and then embarked on his own path, building Raw Talent Agency and Phoenix 51.

Lee comes up with some real gems in this one and even has an epiphany in the interview about what drives him.
