Ben Doltis left school at 16, and after working in telesales and executive search for a few years, started his own Executive Search Business SJB Group at the age of 21.

He built this into a powerhouse in the headhunting market, ultimately selling to Manpower Group when he was 31.

After a period of angel investing, he co-founded his next business, PCB Partners. PCB provides buy and sell side services for businesses seeking to acquire off market businesses.

Ben also has advisory roles with startups and is Chair of the Business Launch Group at Prince's Trust.

Ben's story is one of determination and courage, uplifting for any considering starting a business.
