As a child, Jas Rawlinson's father would emotionally abuse her every day and tell her how worthless she was.
Due to his mental illness, Jas' father eventually took his own life and she remembers this being a relief because she knew she wouldn't be afraid anymore.
These days, Jas has evolved into a woman making positive changes for the masses and she has recently put together a book called 'Reasons to Live' which showcases other people who have overcome massive challenges in their lives.
