There are topics that, as parents, we push away because they are not fun to think about. For example, when my wife and I sat down to write our will I balled my eyes out because if that document were to be enacted it would mean our daughter was an orphan. But it is so important to do these things to make sure our kids are protected.

Today’s conversation falls under that heading of “things that are SUPER uncomfortable to think about but SO important to move forward with”. Our guest today is Rosalia Rivera, founder of Consent Parenting, and she is going to give us some tips and strategies to help us with the critical conversations surrounding abuse prevention.

Rosalia Rivera is a consent educator, abuse prevention specialist, sexual literacy advocate, TEDx speaker, change agent, and the founder of CONSENTparenting™.
