One of the questions I get a lot from Mamas is "how do I get my kids to cooperate without having to yell and nag all the time?!?!". One of my recommendations is to create a family team - both in atmosphere and in practice.

A family team requires that everyone work together to achieve common goals, that everyone's voice is heard and no one person is more important than another. There are many aspects to this amazing dynamic, but the one I focus on today is using chores to bring the team together.
