A Stargate is an Einstein–Rosen bridge portal device within the Stargate fictional universe that allows practical, rapid travel between two distant locations. Many ancient cultures speak of portals to other worlds and gateways to star systems where their “creators” reside. The theory is that an alien race, called the "Annunaki" came to earth through this Stargate and taught the Sumerians how to do a bunch of shit thousands of years ago.Apparently there are several of these Stargates around the world and their existence has been hidden from the public from secret governments for years.The conspiracy theory is that we started the war in Iraq to get a hold of this particular Stargate, because we though that Saddam Hussein had relevant information on this Stargate/the Annunaki and the US got pissed.This guy actually wrote a professional paper on this theory - read it here.Quite a few people actually believe this...
