Coming in at number 15 on Rolling Stones Greatest Grunge Albums list is the LZ 1992 major label debut, Bricks Are Heavy. Co-hosted this week, from the Talk Toomey Podcast, host Josh Toomey.

Bricks Are Heavy is the third studio album by American rock band L7, released on April 14, 1992 by Slash Records. The album peaked at number 160 on the US Billboard 200 and number one on the Heatseekers Albums chart.

AllMusic - "Though they hailed from sunny L.A., L7 became the poster girls for grunge in 1992, with the meteoric success of their third album, Bricks Are Heavy. While their previous efforts had sounded sloppy and uneven, Nevermind producer Butch Vig helped the girls obtain a tight, compact sound on Bricks, pushing them to focus on their songwriting to boot."
